- 2 current paystubs or comparable proof of income

Security Deposit
Security Deposit is equal to current market rate with approved credit.
Pet Policy
We allow indoor cats, and dogs for an additional charge of $35 per month for one or $60 per month for two (max), along with a one-time $350 non-refundable pet fee. Breed restrictions and weight limits apply. No aggressive breeds. No exotic animals. Pet policy is not negotiable.
Occupant Requirement
Anyone 18 years old and older who will be residing in the apartment must submit an application and qualify individually.
