“I’ve lived here 14 years and have enjoyed being here. I like the row house style- as opposed to 2 stories with one rental unit on top of another. The setting has a secluded feel even though it is within walking distance to downtown Birmingham. The residents are friendly and get along well. While dogs are permitted, the policies relating to dogs are strictly enforced. The resident manager is great- accessible, responsive and efficient, and is willing to listen to residents' ideas or concerns." - SB
